This policy applies to the mobile game Loop Escape.

SkyForge Studios ("we", "us", or "the Developer") values your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains what information is collected when you use the Loop Escape mobile game (the "App"), how that information is used, and the rights you have. By downloading or using the App, you agree to the practices described in this policy.

1.1 Information Collected Directly by Us

Loop Escape does not collect any personally identifiable information (PII) such as your name, email address, phone number, precise location, or similar identifiers. The App has no account creation, sign-in, or registration feature.

1.2 Information Collected Automatically

Our advertising partner and the mobile operating system may automatically process the following information in order to deliver the gameplay experience and serve advertisements:

• Advertising identifier (Android Advertising ID / AD_ID)
• IP address and approximate country / region
• Device model, manufacturer, and operating system version
• Device language and time zone
• In-app advertising interaction data (impressions, clicks)
• Crash reports and technical diagnostic information

1.3 Locally Stored Data

Game progress, audio settings, and similar preferences are stored locally on your device only (via Unity PlayerPrefs). This data is not transmitted to our servers and is removed when you uninstall the App.

2. Third-Party Services

Loop Escape uses the following third-party services for advertising and core platform functionality. Their data practices are governed by their own privacy policies:

2.1 Google AdMob (Advertising Provider)

The App displays rewarded video advertisements through Google AdMob. AdMob may process the advertising identifier, IP address, device information, and ad interaction data to serve personalized or non-personalized advertisements.

2.2 Google Play Services

The App relies on standard services provided by Google Play (advertising identifier, crash reporting). For more information, please refer to Google's privacy policy linked above.

2.3 Unity

3. How We Use Information

The collected information is used for the following purposes:

• Serving and filtering in-app advertisements
• Preventing ad fraud and measuring ad performance
• Detecting errors and performance issues
• Complying with legal obligations

We do not use the collected data directly for marketing, profiling, or sell it to other companies.

4. Permissions

Loop Escape requests the following Android permissions in order to function:

• INTERNET: Required to load and display advertisements.
• ACCESS_NETWORK_STATE: Used to verify that a network connection is available.
• AD_ID (com.google.android.gms.permission.AD_ID): Used by Google Play Services to access the advertising identifier.

5. Children's Privacy

Loop Escape is a general-audience game designed in accordance with Google Play's family policies. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 13 years of age (or under 16 in the European Economic Area, where applicable). If we become aware that a child has provided us with such information, we will take reasonable steps to delete it promptly. This App also complies with the U.S. Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA) by not knowingly collecting information from children under 13.

7. Managing Advertising Preferences

You can opt out of personalized advertising at any time:

• Android: Settings > Google > Ads > "Delete advertising ID" or "Opt out of Ads Personalization"

8. Data Security

Because we do not store any accounts or personal data on our servers, the risk of a data breach originating from our side is extremely limited. Third-party providers (Google, Unity) process data according to their own security standards.

9. Data Retention

We do not retain any personal data ourselves, so no persistent user record is kept by the Developer. Retention periods of third-party advertising providers are subject to their own policies.

10. International Data Transfers

Our third-party providers may transfer and process data outside of your country of residence, including in the United States. These providers implement safeguards (such as Standard Contractual Clauses) to protect your information in accordance with applicable laws.

11. Changes to This Policy

This Privacy Policy may be updated from time to time. Significant changes will be posted on this page along with an updated effective date. We encourage you to review this policy periodically. Your continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
